- You pay $40 for processing and shipping.
- We send you a replacement phone the next business day.

- Replacement Program coverage is for 1 year, beginning 30 days after registering your case
- If you upgrade your phone during your 1 year of coverage, we’ll upgrade your case for just $5.95.

- Our cases ship via United States Postal Service with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
- Phone Replacement Program covers your phone for 1 year, beginning 30 days after registration (original owner; nontransferable)
- ShieldX2 case replacement program covers your case for the life of the case (original owner; nontransferable)
- Phones are replaced with the same or better model phone; your phone will never be downgraded.
- Broken phone must be returned within 10 days of entering Replacement Claim with ShieldX2, and we provide you with the return shipping label. Again, no cost to you!
