If your smartphone gets damaged while the ShieldX2 case is on your phone, we will repair or replace your device.
Just answer these questions in order to confirm you are ready to place your Request for Repair form:
If your ShieldX2 case came with an activation code, did you enroll and register your IMEI number when you purchased your ShieldX2 case?
If yes, or if you ShieldX2 case was purchase online and didn't come with an activation code, did you enroll and register you IMEI number at least 30 days ago?
If you have met the conditions, please scroll to the online Request a Repair form and fill in the applicable sections. You will be required to pay the Request a Repair fee of $25 plus shipping and handling of $15.95
If your ShieldX2 case gets damaged, we will replace that too for the cost of Shipping and Handling. Make your request for a replacement phone case by clicking on the Request a Case tab.
Submit your repair request form before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and take advantage of our same-day processing service.
Submission after 2:00 p.m. on weekdays extends our repair request processing time by 1 day. Repair requests are not processed during the weekends and national or public holidays.
Keep in mind, in order to be eligible for our Protection Promise, your account needs to be registered and damage free for at least 30 days from your date of purchase.
YOUR SHIELDX2 CASE MUST BE ON THE PHONE, WHEN SUBMITTING A REQUEST AND WE MUST BE ABLE TO VERIFIED THAT THE CASE WAS ON DURING YOUR ACCIDENT. ALL PHOTOS REQUEST MUST HAVE YOUR SHIELDX2 CASE ON YOUR PHONE
